Title: Regional Director of Clinical Services – Assisted Living
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long-term Care
Schedule: Full-time, M-F 9a-5p, no weekends or holidays
Pay: $130,000 to $150,00 plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation is negotiable

The RDCS-AL’s will be responsible for but may not be limited to:
•Provide clinical oversight, in conjunction with the CNO, to a portfolio of nursing facilities in the states in which the company operates.
•Express a genuine interest in caring for elderly patients and have experience in clinical operations in long term and post-acute space.
•Position is of an executive nature, comprised of complex leadership and administrative components including, participating in company activities, recruitment, hiring, training and the development of policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Degree in Nursing from accredited educational institution, BSN preferred.
•Active RN license in NY.
•Demonstrated evidence and experience as Director of Nursing in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting.
•Must have reliable transportation: valid DL
