Work You’ll do
Project, client, and team management
Manage client relationships and provide impactful consulting servicesSupervise the daily operations of your engagement teams and their delivery of consulting servicesTake active role in the development and motivation of the engagement teamIdentify engagement opportunities and coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the clientTarget and sell new and add-on services to current and target clients
Market analysis that you will execute and lead
Gather and analyze executive and equity compensation programs, practices, and design featuresConduct proxy statement studies and analyses of other publicly available data sourcesBenchmark, review, and assist in the design of annual and long-term incentive plansConduct statistical analyses of compensation and financial dataModel financial impact of compensation plansConduct performance metrics studiesMonitor executive and other compensation trends, including ESG and incentives
Presentations and Business Development
Prepare client reports including all exhibits and summaries, and provide active participation in client meetingsParticipate in marketing initiatives, thought leadership development, and proposal responsesResearch and speech preparation for internal and external presentation
Other
Participate in IPOs, and private equity and corporate M&A transactionsPotential to participate in broader Total Rewards projects including employee benefits, retirement, and healthcare
The Team
At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services consultants help multinational clients develop compensation and benefits programs that address their international and domestic needs. Our consultants come from executive and equity compensation, global compensation and benefits, equity and employment tax backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in executive compensation, preferably including relevant consulting experienceExperience managing people and client interactionsBachelor’s degreeBasic knowledge of accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements related to compensationAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveAt least one of the following accreditations:
Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) (preferred)Certified Equity Professional (CEP) (preferred)Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary officeLicensed AttorneyEnrolled AgentGlobal Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)Project Management Professional (PMP)

GESTAX
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103600 to $227500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
