*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Automotive/ Industrial Service Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
* Proficient in sales techniques with exceptional customer service skills.
* Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment is preferred.
* Effective team leadership, task prioritization, and workflow management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer.
* Above-average phone and communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
* Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
* Excellent sales history and customer service record.
* Ability to work well with existing staff members.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Professional personal appearance.
