Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40-$48/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm
Location: Onsite in Schenectady, NY

What’s a typical day as a Project Manager (Blade Repair)? You’ll be:
• Leading cross-functional teams and being fully responsible for project schedule, budget, and profitability.
• Acting as the single point of contact for the customer on all project matters and representing GE Vernova in front of customers.
• Ensuring safe, compliant, and successful execution of all project obligations.
• Coordinating and performing administrative activities such as developing project budgets, tracking site activities, managing component deliveries, and managing project schedules.
• Participating in process and quality improvement initiatives and providing feedback on lessons learned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management, construction, Manufacturing, or other Operations intensive field.

• Have the ability to lead and succeed in a matrix environment.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate across a diverse audience.
• Have financial acumen and are business savvy.
• Have the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Have established project management skills.
