Cognizant is looking to hire AEP Solutions Architect for permanent position. The experience range is 10-15 years and role are based out in USA.

Location- Remote, USA

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience specializing in AEP Customer Journey Analytics. The ideal candidate will design and implement advanced technology solutions to enhance customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics and a passion for driving impactful results.



Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics solutions to optimize customer experiences.

· Oversee the integration of analytics tools with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.

· Provide technical expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics to guide project teams.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Develop and maintain documentation for architecture design and implementation processes.

· Ensure the scalability and performance of analytics solutions to meet business needs.

· Conduct regular assessments of technology solutions to identify areas for improvement.

· Implement best practices for data management and analytics to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

· Support the development of training materials and provide training to team members on new technologies.

· Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of analytics innovation.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology solutions.

Qualifications

· Possess a deep understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics and its applications.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

· Have experience in integrating analytics tools with various systems.

· Show proficiency in data management and ensuring data integrity.

· Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

· Have a background in the Payer domain is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
