Description
Leadership and Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loan administration and transaction services teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Loan Administration
- Supervise the end-to-end loan servicing process, including loan setup, funding, disbursement, payment processing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all loan-related activities.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, addressing delinquencies and other exceptions promptly.
Transaction Services
- Oversee the processing and settlement of financial transactions across various platforms and products.
- Ensure that all transactions adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing loan and transaction processes.
- Implement controls to mitigate risks related to lending and financial transactions.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during reviews and examinations.
Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align loan administration and transaction services with organizational goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation where appropriate.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate regular reports on loan portfolio performance, transaction volumes, and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Profile
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan administration, transaction services, or related fields.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of loan servicing systems, financial transaction platforms, and regulatory requirements.
