What You Need:

What Your Role Will Look Like:
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to all callers and visitors whether they are onsite to make a delivery, coming to an interview, or starting their first day Often this person will be the first face people associate with the company, this role requires a high level of professionalism and charisma.
Welcome visitors, candidates and employees in a warm and friendly manner and address any questions or needs they may have
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Answer calls and field them accordingly
Assist Talent Acquisition by scheduling interviews for candidates, as well as reserving candidate flight, hotel, and car rental
Assist in all pre-employment processing and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete
Manage invoice processing and payment for the talent acquisition department, including managing vendor list and set up
Other duties as assigned
