Join Our Team as a Site Acquisition Manager

Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to join their team. As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department, supporting the Site Acquisition and Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Acquisition Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $ 38-43/hr (W2 Contract)

What's the Job?

  • Oversee Site Acquisition Projects: Manage all aspects of site acquisition activities, including site file audits, RFDS review, and coordination of A&E or design services.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with service providers and other relevant parties to ensure all site acquisition requirements are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare, submit, and track documents for landlord and regulatory approvals, including zoning and building permits.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve site acquisition challenges encountered by service providers.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Prepare regular progress reports and participate in coordination and progress meetings.

What's Needed?

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition or related fields, with experience managing large projects preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PE, Real Estate License, or legal qualifications, are advantageous.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering and regulatory requirements for site acquisition.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
