RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain timeline for project, meet deadlines and stay within budget
Maintain knowledge of commercial and residential construction procedures
Maintain log of project schedule, timeline, work performed, etc.
Prepare project proposals to present to architect
Ensure strategies are aligned with long-term company goals
Oversee project from initial design stage to completion
Communicate with municipal agencies when needed
Review and analyze invoices from suppliers
Establish and allocate resources needed to complete the project
Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates as needed
Perform quality audits to make sure customer specifications are met
Validate the results of planning phase
Other tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience
Experience within a construction operation desired
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Sage 300
PMP certification is a plus
Experience with risk management and process management
Ability to manage and monitor KPI’s
Ability to engage in strategic thinking with long-term goals
Understanding of OSHA standards
