Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards;
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Energy Engineering team to facilitate smooth project execution;
  • Assist in organizing, reviewing, and maintaining various engineering and construction documentation;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate project updates and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Engage in construction meetings and conduct site inspections;
  • Address on-site challenges proactively to mitigate risks to projects and clients;
  • Supervise subcontractors and assist design professionals as needed;
  • Support project bidding processes and contractor selection;
  • Be prepared for occasional evening and weekend work, as well as travel to project sites;
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management;
  • 2 to 5+ years of relevant construction experience;
  • Preferred certifications include FE/EIT or CCM;
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification is advantageous;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and multitasking capabilities;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Construction Management software;
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary;
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000

Note: The final salary may vary based on individual experience, education, and location.
