Our Energy and Commissioning team is in search of a Construction Management Engineer at the entry or junior level, possessing 2-5+ years of hands-on field construction management experience. The selected candidate will engage directly with projects, conducting regular site visits and contractor meetings, thereby contributing to LaBella's commitment to fostering a sustainable future for our community and environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards;
  • Provide extensive administrative support to the Energy Engineering team to facilitate smooth project execution;
  • Assist in organizing, reviewing, and overseeing various engineering and construction documentation;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate project updates and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Participate in construction meetings and conduct site inspections;
  • Address on-site challenges and mitigate risks to the project and client;
  • Supervise subcontractors and support design professionals throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Assist in the bidding process and contractor selection;
  • Occasional evening, weekend work, and travel to project sites may be necessary;
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management;
  • 2 to 5+ years of relevant construction experience;
  • Preferred certifications include FE/EIT or CCM;
  • OSHA 30-Hour certification is advantageous;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and multitasking capabilities;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Construction Management software;
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000

The final salary offered may vary based on experience, education, and location.
