Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, Customer Success/In Life will be responsible for developing and delivering sales enablement that drives sales effectiveness and productivity. The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will oversee enablement initiatives aligned to regional enablement plans. They will work collaboratively across Sage to develop and execute enablement programs and “Always On” enablement which will include a mix of formal training content and bringing concepts to life through coaching of practical application.

In partnership with Customer Success/In Life regional commercial leadership this role will proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement enablement programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes. The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will align all enablement programs to the Sales Excellence and Enablement goals, objectives, strategies, and the Revenue Plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Partner with Commercial Leadership and Sales Enablement colleagues to drive the knowledge, tools, and resources regional sales colleagues need to effectively renew and expand our solution in our customer base
• Provide subject matter and regional expertise to build and deliver Customer Success/In Life enablement initiatives
• Deliver 3-4 programs in parallel
• Build and deliver skills sessions and provide ongoing coaching to Sales Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools, dashboards, and reports so they can coach sellers, driving adoption of skills and processes to meet competency requirements and sales goals
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets, training, and tools focused on Customer Success/In Life
• Regularly report the impact of enablement activity against agreed performance outcomes and objectives

Requirements:

• 7+ years combined experience in a SaaS business in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing roles
• Proficient in collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, articulating ideas professionally
• Innovative mindset, constantly seeking new methods and unafraid to challenge
• Experience of sales enablement methods and approaches
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. For this role, in those locations, the total cash range for new hires is: $132,000 to $180,000 3rd quartile.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed reflects the Sage total compensation package.
