Northlight Counseling Associates realizes that the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek licensed mental health therapists LCSW, LPC, and LMFT for full or part-time positions in our Mesa, Arizona location.

Clinicians are preferred for onsite work, and hybrid scheduling will be discussed.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $61,700 to $92,500 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Independent mental health license in Arizona
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
Self-motivated and independent clinicians can quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.

Advantages:
