Restaurant Manager Requirements:

3+ years in a high-volume role. Fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational leadership and exceptional communication skills
5+ million in sales volume - 3-4 yrs, catering and takeout experience
Open to coaching and development, values that are critical to the company and its success
