What you’ll be doing

  • Completing depart reporting including:
    • Monthly billing reporting
    • Calculating ridership, tracking rider and/or driver incidents, and other metrics as assigned
  • Be point of contact for employer inquiries for our Wheels to Work program
  • Assist our dispatch team with route scheduling and with radio and telephone calls
  • Track payments for cost sharing programs, assigning payments to correct programs, and depositing funds as needed
  • Manage departments petty cash, including reimbursing drivers for approved expenses, providing supporting documentation to the Accounts Receivable department, and cashing checks from the Accounts Receivable department to replenish petty cash fund

Job Requirements

  • 1 year experience working in an office environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
  • Experience in billing processes and responsibilities
  • The ability to work with peers, supervisors, agencies, and consumers
