Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines and equipment to sew products according to sewing patterns
  • Follow established quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished products for any defects or errors and make necessary adjustments to sewing machines as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials and equipment
  • Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new techniques or technologies
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous industrial sewing experience a plus
  • Ability to do basic math and read rulers and tape measures
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs required
  • Ability to read blueprints a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Location

New Berlin, WI

Salary

$18-$19/hr - commensurate with experience
