Client Services Representative

Our client in the beauty industry is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in St. Petersburg. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Client Services supporting their customers including salons, independent stylists and their retail operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, an empathetic and professional manner and at least 3 years experience in Customer Service which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Services Representative
Location: St. Petersburg, Fl (On Site)
Pay Range: $20/hr
Full Time Hours 8:50 am - 5:20 pm On site in St. Petersburg, FL
What’s the Job?
- Providing Excellent Customer Service to clients including retail operations and salon owners.
- Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales team to provide inquiries , order entry processing and control.
- Research issues, use strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Assisting clients with sales inquiries, shipment questions and product recommendations.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Salesforce a plus
- Exemplary Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of calls.
