Job SummaryWe are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365.
- Supervise the integration of Azure services to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Provide technical expertise in the use of Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using MS Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Create and handle Power Apps to support various business functions and improve user experience.
- Apply MS Power BI to develop insightful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision making.
- Implement and manage Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer interaction and support.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in all infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
- Possess a solid background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrate expertise in Azure services and their application in infrastructure projects.
- Have hands-on experience with Jira for effective project management.
- Show proficiency in MS Power Automate for creating automation workflows.
- Be skilled in developing and managing Power Apps.
- Have experience in using MS Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fix complex issues.
- Possess superb communication and collaboration skills.
