Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality cardiovascular device manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow precise instructions, which will align successfully with the organization.

 

Job Title: Medical Device Assembler 

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Pay Range: $25.30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am

 

What’s the Job?

  1. Assemble cardiovascular medical devices and related components following documented procedures.
  2. Operate various equipment and tools, including microscopes, hand tools, and computerized test equipment.
  3. Perform visual inspections, precision measurements, and tests on components and assemblies.
  4. Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality documentation.
  5. Follow safety guidelines, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a clean work environment.

What’s Needed?

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, preferably in a cleanroom environment.
  3. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow English written procedures at a 6th-grade level.
  4. Good dexterity for handling small components and parts.
  5. Basic math skills and ability to utilize electronic data systems.
