Job Title: Operations Support Specialist
Location: Farmington Hills MI
Pay Range: 15.00 to16.00
This is a hybrid position in office that will be supporting our underwriting support team.
Technical Skills:
- Data entry
- Prioritize workload
- Reviewing DMV reports
- Data entry of 7,000 keystrokes or 40 wpm -Ideally
- Great attention to detail
- Basics with MS word, outlook and excel
- Image Writer experience preferred, at least basic knowledge ideall
- Could potentially review MVR report and classifying it based on company guidelines.
- Could potentially prioritize MVR violations
- 2 + years experience
- Team oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Collaborative
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Self-starter
- Proactive
