Desktop Support Specialist in Farmington, CT

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist in Farmington, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Provide workstation software break-fix support
- Perform IMAC tasks, including PC installs, moves, adds, and changes
- Load images and manage assets
- Support printer operations and client center activities
- Contribute to IT service management updates and other client support duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in desktop support or a related field
- Knowledge of PC imaging and change management
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
