Human Resources Manager

Securitas is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Grove City, Ohio office. The Human Resource Manager will have direct 2 direct reports and be responsible for all Human Resource functions in the branch.

Our service offerings include specialized guarding, mobile guarding, remote guarding, and corporate risk management.

As the HR manager, you will oversee the HR functions and will have responsibilities to:

  • Manage employee relations
  • Manage Safety
  • Manage Workers Compensation
  • Manage Unemployment
  • Manage Leave Management
  • Manage state licensing requirements.
  • Have coaching and counseling skills
  • Possess top notch organization skills


To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:

  • A minimum of two years' experience
  • Experienced in hourly employee relations
  • Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Starting salary is based on experience is $60,000 to $70,000 plus a great benefit package that includes:
