Compensation: $27 / hour
Shift:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (one hour unpaid lunch break)

About the job:
- Welcome and assist employees, visitors, and guests with exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently coordinate and ensure a seamless customer experience during concurrent meetings and events.

- Various business administration duties including badge processing for personnel, processing I-9’s, etc.
- Manage visitors, events, and employee requests by anticipating needs and prioritizing effectively.
- Collaborate closely with receptionists, Global Places and Security team members, and department EA’s to provide outstanding support.
- Handle various incoming communications through in-person interactions, phone, email and Slack messages.
- Assist in assigned projects from supervisor and account manager.
- Enforce access policies and procedures in a friendly manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the Global Places & Security organization professionally
Your background:
- You are able to obtain a California BSIS issued security license.
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to present a professional image and effectively represent the organization
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong networking skills and willingness to collaborate across different teams and projects.
- Familiarity with corporate, professional environments.
- Understand and meet the expectations of receptionists.
- Highly collaborative, taking ownership and building trust with stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, train others, and think creatively to solve problems.
- Desire for growth within the team and organization.
- Possess First Aid/CPR/ERT training for emergencies
