Sanitation Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and facility, including proper use of chemicals at proper amounts
- Operate and wash down of processing equipment
- Sweep and wash floors
- Maintain clean work area and monitor equipment and facility for cleanliness issues
- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement
- Follow company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures

Requirements for Sanitation:
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to kneel, crouch and reach throughout shift
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus
- Able to walk up and down stairs and stationary permanent ladder
- Able to lift up to 75lbs 
- Able to add and subtract 2 digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
-  Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step directions
