Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, acknowledging their needs and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
