As Whiteline Customer Service Representative, you are the company point-of-contact for our valued customers, providing top-level customer account management support.   

You Will

  • Process customer orders, which includes scheduling appointments, mapping freight to trucks and following up on loading and delivering of orders (track & trace)
  • Post available freight needing to be covered and loads needing to be brokered
  • Monitor customer trailer pools, committed customer lanes and volumes, as well as freight solicitation boards
  • Monitor detention times on pickup and delivery of orders, as well as complete tracking, using customer tracking websites
  • Complete additional documentation, including billing information, along with various checklists and tracking

You Have

  • Ability to work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm in our office (this role is fully in-office)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, with a strong preference for experience in the trucking/logistics industry
  • Solid geographical knowledge of the US map
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to identify solutions for a variety of situations in a calm and competent manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word & Outlook.  Experience using transportation management systems is a plus

You’ll Earn

  • $16 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience
