Manpower is hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative who is responsible, but not limited to answering any technical questions regarding the development and building of products to ensure total customer satisfaction, performs a wide variety of duties individually and as a team to process all inquiries, orders and requests for customers in a proactive manner. If you have experience in ERP/MRP, that is a plus

What’s in it for you: 

  • Monday – Friday:  8am – 5pm Remote (West Coast Candidates preferred)
  • Hourly Pay rate:  $21 - $24/hr. based on experience
  • Duration: 5 months


Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process phone and written inquiries, customer orders, quotes, changes and sample requests for all product lines within turnaround parameters.  Communicate all information to internal and external customers concerning deliveries, orders, forecasts, samples and special requests in a timely fashion. 
  • Evaluate customer requirements, obtain critical information to evaluate and process requests and communicate results to internal customers as needed. 
  • Confer with internal and external customers and suppliers to resolve customer driven difficulties concerning deliveries, quotations, quality and technical requirements. 
  • Estimate and process all customer requests for quotes within established turnaround policy.  Ensure that all quotations are prepared to quality standards and distributed appropriately.  
  • Work with engineering and sales departments to develop custom products for specific customer needs. 
  • Provide the Outside sales and the Rep organizations with all appropriate information for his/her respective territories, including quote follow up, major opportunities, developments and changes.   
  • Provide technical assistance to customers in applications, product clarification and quotation.  Involve Management, Engineering, Production and Outside sales when deemed appropriate. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet changing business conditions. 
 Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Windows applications
  •  Strong aptitude to serve customer’s needs. 
  • Strong team attitude. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (must be fluent in English) Experience in ERP/MRP a plus
