WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Human Resources (HR) department is looking for a detail orientated, friendly and independent individual to work as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you’ll assist in the day-to-day operation of the HR Administrative office and assist our Team Members and department leaders with your can-do attitude, smile, friendliness, and great service to our team. 

 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
  • Provide outstanding service to our employees.
  • Interact with employees daily to review accommodations, park policies, and benefits, ensuring they understand and have access to all available resources.
  • Activation of New and Returning Hires, International Hires, and Lessee/Vendor Employees in UKG HR System.
  • Input status changes such as pay rate adjustments, work location transfers and direct deposits.
  • Tracks and reports on orientation and department training statuses.
  • Upload, file, and copy documents as needed to company policy standards.
  • Assist with planning and executing employee relations events.
  • Assist with Team Six recognition program through barter and trade with outside companies.
  • Maintaining stock of administrative supplies and managing inventory.
  • Support all other areas of HR and any other duties assigned by Management.

 

WHAT YOU NEED: 
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, and the desire to interact with Team Members and address their needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent/Some college preferred, but not required
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
  • General knowledge or willingness to learn UKG, Employee Attendance & Security, and Optimum 8 HR systems.
  • 1 years+ experience in data entry or administrative type work preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be available to work most weekends and holidays, as well as evenings and no less than 30 hours per week
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Human Resources or park operations

 

OTHER NOTES:
  • May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
  • Reports to Human Resources Leadership
