Our client in the maintenance industry is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and technical knowledge of all building systems.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance II

Location: Lititz, PA

What's the Job?

  • Perform duties in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner that complies with all company quality, safety and regulatory policies to include proper use of PPE.
  • Perform facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial services as assigned.
  • Fabricates new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed.
  • Repairs, replaces and maintains building systems and equipment to support production.
  • Manages vendors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and ensures vendors are in compliance with Sechan’s security and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or Technical certification preferred.
  • 3 years previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (Electrical, HVAC, etc)
  • Basic computer skills.
