Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client in the maintenance industry is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support their team. As a key member of the Maintenance department, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties in a safe and productive manner, adhering to company quality, safety, and regulatory policies.
  • Conduct facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and janitorial services as assigned.
  • Fabricate new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed.
  • Repair, replace, and maintain building systems and equipment to support production.
  • Manage vendors during installations, repairs, or maintenance, ensuring compliance with company security and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or technical certification preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all building systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
