Pay: $20.95 - $25.66
Shift days/hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Some Flexibility Required
Job Duties:
- Oversees the work of the Wait Staff in production, procedures and duties;
- Responds to Resident needs and requests promptly, appropriately and with respect at all times.
- Ensures Wait Staff are aware of menu selections, preparation and allergens.
- Reports issues of security, health and/or safety to appropriate supervisor as soon as practicable
- Fosters appropriate communication between residents, family, guests and team members
- Conducts and documents training for Wait Staff as instructed by Dining Services Manager and General Manager of Dining Services
- Follows establish policies and procedures and understands and complies with all regulatory standards set forth by governing entities
- Responsible for creating banquet event orders, including execution and break down.
- Oversees all areas of the bistro, as it pertains to sanitation, proper displays, customer service and quality food production.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field preferred or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for entry into profession.
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers certification preferred.
