Lead Officer

Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Pay: $23 per hour
The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Lead Officers will provide customer service and information to the client's employees and customers.
This is a forward facing position wearing many hats, the Officer will be someone that can multitask, maintain order in the lobby and do it all with a smile on their face. Professionalism is of the utmost importance for this visible and highly rewarding role.
Day-to-Day Duties:
• Provide professional customer service
• Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process
• Patrols, on foot or in company provided vehicle, to inspect building and grounds
• Monitor security activities through Closed Circuit Camera systems
• Observe, report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
