Shift: Tuesday through Saturday

Position Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Repairs: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment and structures, patch, paint, 
  • Maintenance Excellence: Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in top condition.
  • Emergency Response: Quickly address spills and emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Customer Assistance: Support Property Management, site managers, and tenants during emergencies and provide high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: One year of similar work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Experience in painting, patching, drywall, electrical work, and other general maintenance tasks.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively via email and text.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks, working independently, and taking inventory.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with apartment communities and working with residents, property management, and vendors is beneficial.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education: No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
