Business Development Repesentative

Pay: $42,000/year, DOE (+ Commission)
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision makers
- Prospecting and qualifying new target accounts in your assigned territory (in person cold calls, phone calls and social media research)
- Scheduling appointments with prospects and clients
- Making presentations & closing the sale
- Organizing day-to-day sales activity, optimizing productivity
- Successfully negotiating contract terms with new clients
- Maintain proper documentation of all required client files
- Meet daily, weekly, quarterly and years sales activity goals
Requirements:
- 6-12 months minimum business development exp. (b2b sales)
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, NOT required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of insurance
- Problem solving and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work independently and meet goals
