:

As a PC Business Development Director you will lead, develop the strategy, and manage consistent execution of P/C business development product delivery across the eight state business units, with a focus on successful development and implementation of Usage Based Insurance (UBI) programs and new market opportunities. You will also be responsible for sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities and ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the marketing department. Other duties include: ·

Manage, monitor and coordinate all operational components of P/C business development products and programs to ensure long-term profitable growth of the P/C business. ·

Manage relevant vendor relations, interactions and performance and assess the functionality of product technologies and devices. ·

Recommend changes to enhance current product performance and recommend technology advances to improve the cost, convenience, and effectiveness of the products. ·

Identify and understand P/C market segments needs and competitive trends. ·

Oversee all staff development aspects. What It Takes to Lead Our Team: ·

College degree or equivalent plus ten years of relevant experience required. ·

P/C Insurance experience required including minimum of five years industry leadership experience required. ·

Market knowledge required. ·

Strong problem solving, decision making, strategic planning, analytical and organizational skills required. ·

Occasional travel required including overnight. ·

A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required. What We Offer You:
