This position is ON SITE in Marysville, OH
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $18-22/hr Based on Experience in the Financial Industry and/or Call Center

What skills are we looking for in a Sr. Member Service Rep- Contact Center?
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment taking inbound calls from members
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures and regulations
Be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests such as transactions, basic account maintenance and card related activities
Process loan applications
Assist members with Digital Banking Services
Have full knowledge of HFCU’s products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our members
Utilizing strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication
Top 3 Required Skills:
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while keeping our member service top of mind
A high focus of member service while maintaining confidentiality
Reliability/Punctuality
