Position Description:  
Use administrative skills to help leaders and members of Compliance Team to perform work in support of team objectives.  This position performs administrative functions and processes to support compliance principals within Ameritas Investment Company and Ameritas Advisory Services.  This role will support other members of the compliance team by performing administrative tasks. 
This is a great entry level role to learn the financial services industry.  This role will offer a diversity of duties (special project assignments will be common).  This role will require someone who can work with limited direction and stay on task to achieve projects on required deadlines.  Must be comfortable speaking with financial processionals via telephone when following up on delinquent requests.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home. 
 
What you do:

Complete tasks assigned by leaders or others within team.
Communicate with internal associates to request or clarify information or schedule meetings or follow ups.
Send notices and reminders to field partners to complete compliance tasks and reports.
Follow up (via telephone when necessary) with financial professional field partners and their offices on compliance tasks and reports when first notification doesn’t receive action.
Perform data entry as assigned to maintain database and other record keeping sources.

What you bring: 

High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years (or less) of related experience in office setting, administrative work, or similar required.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) desired.
