Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About Us: We are launching a multi-specialty Clinical Trials Site Network with a primary focus on dermatology for Phase 2 3 studies. Our network will expand to cover therapeutic areas such as obesity, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, and neurodegenerative diseases. Partnering with private physician practices, we aim to initiate and conduct research activities within their practices.
Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring research studies for clinical trial sites and will be responsible for business development activities to recruit physicians for our investigator program. Prior experience in successfully securing studies for research sites and engaging with sponsors, as well as CROs, is essential.
Responsibilities:
Study Acquisition 80 Outbound prospecting to sponsors and CROs to develop leads and secure study opportunities.
Utilize networks and industry connections to gain access to target customers.
Use social media and other platforms to connect and build relationships.
Apply for studies through direct sales, online tools, and marketplaces.
Complete feasibility questionnaires. Assist in site selection visits. Help develop and negotiate study budgets and contracts.
Ability to complete study startup regulatory documentation and source documentation is a plus.
Investigator Acquisition 20 Assist in sales and marketing activities to attract physicians to participate in our investigator program.
Conduct outreach and communications to physicians and other clinicians.
Facilitate marketing webinars, including logistics setup and participation in delivering sales messages.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate physicians for admission into the program. Assist with physician negotiations and contract-related activities.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience acquiring research studies for clinical trial sites.
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with sponsors, CROs, and physicians.
Sales and business development experience in clinical research organizations or the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with the clinical trials process, feasibility assessments, and site selection.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of regulatory documentation and source documentation is a plus.
