About the Role
As a QA Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a team of Quality Analysts and Associates.  You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. Position is REMOTE.
 
Responsibilities
- Manages the operation of the organization's Quality Assurance Program.
- Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs.
- Develops training and related reward systems.
- Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.
- Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.
- Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization.
- Reviews performance reports, metrics and KPIs to determine achievement of contractual Services levels. 
- Audits back-office operations including transactions performed by partner vendors.   
- Works closely with management to implement process improvements and identify gaps in performance. 
- Alerts Teams of any performance gaps, security incidents and process failures
- Supports internal /external audits, ensures compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and Systems and Organization Controls. 
- All other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements
- 10+ years work experience in a large operation with multifunctional services, at least two (2) years in a leadership role.  
- Proven experience in an Audit function, documenting processing and reporting on reviews.  
- Strong written and analytical skills.  
- Able to demonstrate organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and client relationships skills.
- Able to demonstrate advanced skills in MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $81,312 to $105,600.
