Position Summary: We're on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Specialist, Paid Social who not only thrives on building and optimizing campaigns but also revels in the challenge of revolutionizing customer lead generation through innovative strategies. a key player in our Digital Acquisition team, you won't merely be executing tasks; you'll be charting the course for the evolution of our brand as a leader in the home improvement industry. 


Essential Duties And Responsibilities




Lead the build and execution of ad campaigns, audiences, creative within advertising platforms and advertising management tools.
Take charge of daily campaign pacing and optimization, steering towards impactful KPIs that define success.
Be the owner of bid, budget, targeting, and optimization adjustments, ensuring the attainment of assigned KPIs and metrics
Collaborate with our Senior Manager, transforming raw data into actionable insights that elevate media, creative, and website conversion rates.
Shine in weekly performance meetings with Marketing leadership, where your insights make a tangible difference.
Foster collaboration across internal teams, working hand-in-hand with analytics and creative minds to craft comprehensive advertiser solutions that resonate with the customer journey.
Ensure seamless coordination of IOs, creative assets, billing, and performance metrics.
Embrace the challenge of learning and understanding new platforms, partners, and integrations between Leaf Home's CRM database and the ever-evolving landscape of ad technology.
Harness the power of BI tools like Tableau to analyze data, collaborating with the Marketing Analytics team to drive results and enhance efficiency.



Experience And Minimum Qualifications



3+ years of experience in paid social performance marketing campaigns.
Expert understanding of advertising campaign setup in Facebook (Meta) and TikTok
Proven track record in direct response marketing, with a focus on lead generation strategy to drive revenue.
Preferably experience optimizing campaigns for both lead generation and post-conversion and/or offline events.
Proficiency in utilizing campaign data to diagnose and optimize campaigns effectively.
Hands-on experience in methodically testing creative elements and audience segments, confidently determining performative tactics through A/B testing.
Ability to perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas.
Strong contribution to strategic planning, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall campaign performance and align with broader marketing goals.
Expert Excel skills including ability to analyze data to understand trends.
Experience using PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tools to perform trend analysis.
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:• Experience utilizing ad management tools like Smartly.io preferred.
