The Maintenance Mechanic will maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. If you have superior troubleshooting skills, and manufacturing experience and you are dedicated to personal as well as organizational success, we invite you to apply for this position. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Responsibilities
Follow all safety standards at all times
Respond to various equipment conditions, analyzes the situation for root cause, and applies the appropriate skill to resolve the issue
Perform quality checks and record data as required
Be a self-starter - demonstrate initiative to identify and apply solutions to remove roadblocks
Demonstrate ownership and willingness to continuously improve self and area of accountability that will enhance safety, quality, organization, and productivity
Make equipment adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standard
Maintain equipment cleanliness and good housekeeping of work areas
Other duties as assigned

We we are looking for
Knowledge and experience with: Pneumatic valves, hydraulic systems, motors and control systems, and various sensing devices.
Knowledge of Personal Computers.
Understanding of applicable codes and standards relative to the field (NEC).
Knowledgeable and competent in safety disciplines stipulated by OSHA.
Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication is required.
Must have a H.S. diploma or an educational equivalent and an appropriate mix of training , education and experience with progressive employment experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
Three (3) or more years of experience as a skilled tradesperson, working in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Welding, fabricating & machining.
Be willing to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Self-motivated with ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision

Open Shifts:

Plant 2: 12- Hr Night Shift 7p-7a on a 2-2-3 schedule (1)


Plant 1:
10-hr Main Night 8p-6a Mon.-Thurs. (1)
12-hr Flex Night 6p-6a Fri-Sun. (1)




Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and abilities
