Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadershipQualificationsCandidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade.Extensive die maintenance such as rebuilding die sections, retiming pads and forms and engineering changes on large body class A dies; set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders to cut, bore, grind or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes. Read process sheets, PM instructions, work orders. Identify to root cause die downtime with resolutions. Past experience with launching and try-out of large body dies required.
Successful completion of a job interview, pre-employment drug screen and physical are required.
