We are looking to hire an experienced contingent Project Business Analyst on full time basis within our leading automotive clients Business Operations Services, Customer Care department. The individual will perform job functions within one or more of the following areas:
Business analysis and project management for key projects, key initiatives, and operational support.
Provide business operational support for Customer Service domain with focus on Major Projects.
Coordinate and support departmental improvements to support our team of business analysts.
Primary Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five plus years working as a Project Analyst
Three or more years of experience as a Business or Project Analyst
Experience working in waterfall and/or agile project management environment
Effectively leads and builds a high performing team
Effective in team environment and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Can manage their time efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
Takes on challenges while meeting goals and targets
Experience and knowledge with customer service
Business analyst and/or project analyst within the financial services sector
What are some of the things they will be doing?
Proposing and leading customer service domain improvements by leveraging our systems.
Analyzing business requests for system and/or procedural changes in lending, payments, call center, and bill collection.
Writing business requirements and other business-related documents.
Planning and executing projects, both small and large.
Researching and mapping business processes/developing process flows.
Analyzing and updating reports.
Planning, conducting, and documenting meetings on a range of topics within the above activities.
Test preparation, writing test scripts, and running test scrips.
Performing data entry, validation, and analysis.
Secondary Skills or Experience:
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
