ROLE: Planning and Programs Analyst
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Planning and Programs Analyst to oversee service delivery and manage transformational corporate initiatives. The person is expected to identify solutions that meet corporate objectives and support end-to-end customer relationships through strategic and efficient leadership.
DUTIES:

Develops data, prepares planning documents, researches and produces reports, and solves complex problems in areas like budgets, performance, cost control, and departmental administration.
May direct clerical and administrative staff. Receives guidance from senior analysts or department heads, with supervision limited to outlining overall objectives.
Work closely with IT, Contracting, Accounting, HR, Facilities, and other relevant teams to meet reporting needs, share information, and collaborate for find solutions.
Regularly interact with Division Heads, supervisors, and departmental staff to gather information, review plans, and coordinate efforts.
Active day-to-day program management of business improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction survey to ensure established KPIs are met.
Preparation of management briefs or reports as requested by Office of the President.
 Input to development or update of company processes and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Math/Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or closely related specialty.
Four (4) years diversified accounting, budget preparation, cost control, project management or other closely related experience.  A minimum of two (2) years in the energy industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional communicator; verbal and written.
Must know how and when to use a wide variety of statistical and financial analytical tools and have a working knowledge of economics, technology and accounting.  Knowledge of company planning, budgeting, accounting, personnel administration and cost control activities is highly desirable. 
Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette.
