Role Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis, with a focus on General and Administrative (G&A) functions. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is integral to shaping the company's financial strategy and resource allocation.


Key Responsibilities:


As a member of the G&A Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate across various departments, conducting comprehensive financial analyses, modeling, and preparing reports and budgets for diverse stakeholders.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing the organization’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial planning with precision and reliability.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of performance metrics, forecasts, and financial indicators in collaboration with leadership.
  • Overseeing consolidated financials for the G&A sector, in partnership with fellow FP&A team members.
  • Developing sophisticated financial models and executing ad-hoc projects to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring financial goals such as margins, growth, and efficiency are clearly analyzed and communicated to business partners.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team for quarter-end reporting, driving improvements in financial predictability.
  • Creating insightful analytics and presentations to guide strategic decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Building strategic partnerships with G&A leaders to drive financial processes and prioritize initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including expense management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Project management capabilities and organizational skills, facilitating collaboration with Accounting and FP&A teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across various organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, and Coupa.
