Join Kelly Science and Clinical as a Document Control Specialist 1 and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our quality systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us ensure compliance and excellence in our operations.
Position Duties:
Maintain and administer controlled document system.
Assist in editing and designing forms.
Issue controlled copies of forms and track satellite document sets.
Maintain document revision activity and files.
Generate, issue, and archive laboratory notebooks.
Manage the document lifecycle process.
Maintain archives of completed laboratory notebooks, validation projects, and master documents.
Collaborate with external archival storage facilities.
Maintain training record files for employees.
Act as Document Control Administrator for Electronic Quality Management System.
Train employees on document control processes.
Support Human Resources with New Hire documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
Retrieve documentation for client and external audits.
Support supply ordering for the QA department.
Ensure compliance with Quality System and ISO 9001.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Exercise laboratory safety practices.
Perform other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of relevant clerical experience.
Good communication and organizational skills.
