This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a relationship business; get to know customers and genuinely care about their financial well-being by providing solutions to meet their needs.Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional mannervia the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicableActively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situationsRecognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customerMake referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and servicesPerform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulationsRequirementsMust be at least 16 years of ageCash handling and/or customer service experience preferredBasic math skills, PC and typing skills, and the ability to count U.S. currencyAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracyStrong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive mannerLook for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric mannerAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.**Must be available to work all throughout the year. This is not a seasonal only position.**
