The team conducts aerodynamics design and test activities from conceptual design and technology development through detailed design, component and engine test, certification/qualification, and field support. The supported product lines include rotorcraft, combat, marine, industrial, and commercial engines. In this role you will collaborate with the broader Engineering team to develop balanced solutions which meet our customers' needs. The Lynn Aero SSM manages complex engine aero-thermal system performance, integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization, manages the subsection and develops employees, and contributes to long-term planning and overall business strategy.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 5 years' experience in disciplinary engineering and scienceThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
