Group Sales Specialist

Specialists will maintain a positive relationship with our customers, account sellers, accounts receivable, and execution teams located at all our properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain best in class communication practices between our clients and internal Six Flags Teams.
Follow through with on time communication maintaining a maximum 24 business hour response time.
Complete administrative functions of the process such as order entry, ticketing fulfilment, stock inventory, preparing invoices, keeping accurate information within CRM and other internal systems.
Respond to requests from internal and external customers to expedite orders, correct errors, or investigate problems with final fulfillment.
Assist when required to deliver on time post-event invoicing and payment follow up in conjunction with our accounts receivable team to ensure smooth client experience.
Provide quality and assurance testing for all products in ticketing and web sales programs.
All other duties as assigned.
Recommended Skills:
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Windows.
Experience working in Salesforce CRM, and other related programs.
Strong work ethic, problem solving, time management, attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills including proper grammar for written and verbal communications.
Background or experience communicating with customers via phone and email.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry 50+ pounds to transport ticket stock with support equipment.
Frequent and repetitive, sitting, standing, talking, bending, and grasping.
The ability to type 40 words per minute minimum, while maintaining 90% accuracy.
Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart.
Adaptability to work in a fun, ever-changing environment.
Availability:
Must be able to work general business hours and rotating flex shifts to cover different time zones.
Primarily M-F, but some weekends during peak periods.
This is not a remote position.
This is a seasonal, hourly position that works out of our Six Flags Great Adventure property located in Jackson, New Jersey.
