Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser Coverage Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser Coverage Specialist, you will be responsible for providing coverage for our Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are properly displayed and stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute commercial plans to customers on daily, pre-set routes, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with store personnel, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in stores, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Responsible for all ordering aspects of the position, including maintaining proper inventory levels, minimizing shrink, and organizing back rooms where inventory is stored.
  • Provide vacation coverage to our Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service during peak periods.
  • Support our day-to-day operations during key holidays or when territories are open, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
Work Environment

The work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
